The Trust adheres its statutory duty to monitor for any adverse and differential impact on race, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion and belief inequality. The Trust will continue to use workforce data to improve its Human Resources policies, practices and opportunities.

The data includes information about new starters and leavers, key demographic information about staff going through or requesting formal employment or contractual procedures, details of the types and numbers of procedures and the breakdown of staff and staff accessing learning and development opportunities.
