Volunteers Annual Party at Musgrove Park Hospital - 13 September 2013

Taunton’s Musgrove Park Hospital said ‘Thank You’ to over 70 volunteers at its annual tea party in the Beacon Centre.

Volunteers Tea Party

The hospital’s Chairman, Ros Wyke and Chief Executive, Jo Cubbon, hosted the evening party and thanked all the volunteers for their continued support and invaluable work they have been involved with in many different areas across the hospital. In addition to familiar faces, Ros and Jo were delighted to meet some of the new volunteers who have been recruited in the past year.
Musgrove’s Chairman, Ros Wyke explained: “Volunteers play a crucial role within the hospital by providing extra support for patients through a variety of roles; it is a pleasure to have the opportunity to meet so many dedicated people and I cannot thank them enough for everything that they do here at Musgrove Park Hospital.”
The hospital’s catering team provided a delicious buffet and refreshments for the party and everyone enjoyed the lively entertainment provided by Taunton’s Ukulele Strummers Club.
