How to contact Musgrove Park Hospital PALS

(Please note this is for commendations, concerns and complaints regarding Musgrove Park Hospital only)

Drop in and see us

You are very welcome to drop in to talk to someone during these times and you do not need to book an appointment to do this. The PALS office is in block 51 – a wooden building situated between Whitlock’s restaurant and the red brick Blackdown House building. It is to the side of the green area outside Jubilee Building. When you enter block 51, the PALS office is the first door on the right.

The office has an answerphone which is available 24 hours a day and messages are checked regularly during office working hours, we guarantee to return your call as soon as we can.

Please start your message with “PALS”. Your text will be directed to our Patient Advice and Liaison Service. PALS will respond by text, unless you tell us otherwise. You may wish to contact PALS regarding for example, a request for an interpreter to attend an appointment or any other concern you may have.
